Michele, the owner, is absolutely fabulous. He completely bent over backwards for us in renting a vehicle from him. He personally delivered it to our location, allowed us to keep the car an additional day with minimal notice, and picked it up personally (at the crack of dawn) when we were finished. Everything was super professional through the entire process and he was particularly wonderful. Very honest, genuine, and helpful.
